How to Make Money Feeding People in the Restaurant Industry
A two-part workshop to create---or fine tune--- your business model for a successful operation. This workshop is for a start-up: whether it’s a food truck, catering company, farmer’s market stall, bakery, fast casual, or fine dining restaurant. We will work together on your business model to include the basics on branding, writing a marketing plan, feasibility, of success, and establishing a financial foundation for success and growth.
CGCC and OCCC Remote on Tuesdays, 4pm – 6:30pm
We’ll meet on two Tuesdays, 4pm – 6:30pm, via zoom. Included in the tuition is two 1:1 advising sessions via zoom, with advisers from the restaurant program.
April 23, 2024, SESSION 1: The Recipe for a Successful Food Business
Participants will create a “Business Model Canvas” and draft a marketing plan.

Participants will consider the feasibility of their business model and look at the financial tools and strategies to be and stay profitable.
